UMES Small Farms Conference

November 2 & 3, 2018 • UMES Student Services Center, Princess Anne, MD

This is the 15th annual small farms conference! I’ll be there presenting “Marketing on a Baling Twine Budget” which aims to help farmers and agribusiness owners design a DIY marketing strategy that will maximize their time, energy and budget. Sowing the Seeds of Social Media Success — Strategic Planning

The University of Maryland Extension is hosting a full-day, workshop for farmers and agribusiness owners who are ready to take their social media efforts to the next level. This 2.0 level marketing course is for people who are already marketing online and using social media. I’ll be presenting on topics to help you: write a mission plan and goals, identify your target audience, create a marketing calendar, and evaluate your performance.

Registration is $65, which includes lunch and a resource packet.
